The website is delivered through a self-operated Caddy infrastructure. Access logging is not enabled for CH-Landing, so no permanent access history is stored. To transmit the site, the server temporarily processes the IP address, time, requested address and technical browser information.

Technical Caddy service messages are written to a new file each day. No automatic deletion period is currently configured for these diagnostic logs. In the event of an error, they may contain technical connection details and are used solely to keep the infrastructure secure and available.

We process connection and diagnostic data to deliver the website, defend against attacks and resolve technical errors. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a safe and reliable website.

We process information sent by email to answer your enquiry and, at your request, prepare a possible collaboration. This is based on your voluntary contact, pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Email contact and recipients

When you email us, we process your email address and the information you provide voluntarily. Email is handled by Infomaniak Network SA. Access is limited to the people responsible for CH-Landing and the technical providers required to operate the service.

Infomaniak operates the mail service in data centres in Switzerland. This website does not involve any intended transfer of your data abroad. Further disclosure occurs only where required by law.

Retention

Non-binding emails are deleted once the enquiry is complete unless a legal retention duty or legitimate business reason requires longer storage. The current retention of technical diagnostic logs is described under “Visiting this website”.

This website does not use analytics or marketing services, advertising cookies, embedded maps or social-media widgets. Language is selected through the URL. Fonts, logo, poster and video are served locally.
